The concerts that had been postponed due to the March 11th Tohoku Earthquake, have been rescheduled! That includes the dates from Zepp Tokyo on March 12th up until Akasaka Blitz on April 3rd.

To attend the rescheduled concerts you can simply use the tickets you had bought for the concerts in Zepp Tokyo on March 12th up until Akasaka Blitz on April 3rd.
Tickets bought through [LOVE&MEDIAPORTABLE] for the April 2nd and 3rd Akasaka BLITZ concerts have been sent out via Ticket Pia on April 4th. Please use them to attend the rescheduled dates.
Should you find yourself unable to attend and would like to receive a refund, please follow the correct procedure within the indicated frame of time.

None of the offered refund methods seem to apply to overseas fans who bought their tickets through FISH TANK. (They seem to assume you already have your ticket in hand, while overseas fans have to pick their tickets up at concert venues only the day of the show.)
I won't be translating any of the refund methods here. However should anyone need a translation, just let me know!
As for overseas fans who bought their tickets through FISH TANK, my only advice would be wait until you receive your FISH TANK magazine to see whether FT will address the issue. And if not, write to them and ask before the refund period expires (April 20th ~ May 20th).
