This is FISH TANK News.

This is a message concerning those of you who reserved/bought concert tickets for the postponed performances of the "Utakata no RAZZLE DAZZLE" tour (March 12, 2011 - April 3, 2011).

Will you be attending the rescheduled shows, or would you prefer to receive a refund?

FISH TANK currently has those tickets that were purchased by members living outside of Japan.
If you would like to receive a refund, please proceed in the following manner.

*The Refund Process*
Please email FISH TANK with the following required information no later than Wednesday, May 18, 2011.

*Required Information*

. Your FISH TANK number
. Your full name
. Concerts you would like to receive a refund for: concert date, concert location, number of tickets purchased
. Your address at the time of purchase (please write the address you had registered with FISH TANK at the time of your purchase)
. Your email address

We will refund the price of your tickets at the end of June. The refund will be in Japanese yen.
Any handling charges paid at the time of reservation will not be included in the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

* You do not need to contact us if you plan on attending the rescheduled concerts.
* You can pick up your tickets at the venue's ticket window the day of the concert.

If you wish to receive a refund, please make sure to contact us.
