If you have, it's because Fish Tank are asking you to purchase a one time 'overseas shipping fee'. It means that they failed to charge you the (correct) overseas shipping fee when you first placed your order, and are unable to charge it to your credit card now without your authorization.

Follow the link they gave you and purchase the '0 yen' item. You will be charged 5 750yen for the shipping. Fish Tank will calculate the accurate shipping charge later and you will receive the change.
