Notes: First, the title, instead of translating it Nightmare -the Nightmare, I chose Incubus. Why? Because usually when referring to nightmares the Japanese use '悪夢'. Also I'm sure BT didn't intend the title to be redundant, what would be the point in that? Since the kanji used literally means 'dream demon', I just thought...Incubus fit very well.
